For the second year in a row, LezVolley is very excited to be donating funds to the Stonewall Inn Gives Back Initiative (SIGBI), whose mission is to help some of the most marginalized members of the LGBTQ community.

What to know about the raffle

Thanks to the generosity of great sponsors such as The Stonewall Inn, The Cubbyhole Bar, Playout Underwear, Bar Bacon restaurant, Reebok, and The Phluid Project that are donating prizes and gift certificates, LezVolley will be hosting a raffle to raise money for the official 5013C non-profit of the Stonewall Inn.

During the tournament, players and visitors will be able to get raffle tickets at the LezVolley tent. The first raffle ticket will be free for everyone that joins the LezVolley e-mailing list, and additional tickets can be purchased to support the cause and get better chances to win the great prizes. Tickets will be sold by quantity of 15 for $10.

The drawing will take place on the beach before the semi-finale (following the Love, Shea Award ceremony where the voted fan-favorite team will receive custom printed volleyball with Shea’s name on them) and the raffle winners will be announced on the beach.

You will need to be present to take any prize home.

The prizes will include:

$50 gift certificate from The Stonewall Inn
$50 gift certificate from The Cubbyhole Bar
$50 gift certificate from Bar Bacon (bar & restaurant)
$30 gift certificate from Playout Underwear
A pair of Reebok sneakers (model will depend on size requested and availability)
A shirt from The Phluid Project

The Stonewall Inn Gives Back Initiative (SIGBI) is a non-profit charitable organization inspired by the struggles and ideals of the LGBTQ rights movement born from the Stonewall Inn Uprising of 1969.
