DJ Cilla BK is bringing back the beats at LezVolley

LezVolley, our annual beach volleyball tournament for LGBTQ+ women and non-binary individuals, is tomorrow and we have one more announcement to get everyone fired up!
If you attended last year’s event, you know that we introduced having a DJ on the beach for the first time ever - and it was incredible!
This year, DJ Cilla BK (from Haus of Madusa) is coming back as a LezVolley partner to have everyone dancing on the beach, but with an updated sound system and additional speakers to improve the sound quality so music can be heard further down the courts. More beats, more energy, more fun!
Worth the challenge!
Bringing sound and music to the beach is challenging due to the lack of electricity on the beach. The LezVolley and Haus teams have to plan months in advance to make this happen.
Excited to bring high energy to the event, Haus will not only be providing the sound system equipment, but DJ Cilla BK will also be DJ’ing all day to entertain the LezVolley crowd.

DJ Cilla BK who has been DJ’ing for 10+ years founded Haus of Madusa in 2021. They are proud to announce their non-profit 501c3 organization Kreative Haus, which focuses on music workshops such as music production, deejaying, music theatre, etc, for LGBTQ youth.
They are beginning classes in September in New York City, Massachusetts, and Providence RI for ages 12-17 and 17-24.
